Time to write something again...It hasnt been much to report up here as theres only so many times you can type still cold, still snow!!

Well now were moving on into march and spring seems to be slowly coming this way!!

weve actually started the long process of preparing for planting....

Yesterday we built a bridge!! now theres not many times you can say that in life, (unless of course youre a professional bridge builder, which you dont meet too many of, though i did know of someone who sold bridges for a living, which surely ranks as one of the strangest jobs to have...the more you think about it the weirder it is.

Anyway so we built a bridge, of logs, across a river. I wouldnt drive a car over it, but its strong enough... i hope.

One of the great freedoms about being out here is that we can do this kind of stuff. I mean, when youre a kid you'd come home with your knees all muddy and bloody, and your mum says "Look at the state of you, what have you been doing"? and you'd say "building a bridge" or a camp, or a dollshouse/skateboard park etc, cos thats what you do when youre kids, and then you get older, and for whatever reason you stop doing that stuff and most people never do it again, but, here we are behaving like 8 year olds, only this time its better cos i dont have my dad shouting "Oi where you going with my ##"%&%&# tools"!!
